Art Requirements & Procedures
- Original or limited edition, signed and numbered or prints. Confluence does not have a Print Shop.
- Science fiction, fantasy, horror, steampunk or related genre themes. (We also offer a small “Adult 18+” section.
- Matted or mounted in a way suitable for hanging or being displayed on a table.
- Space is available on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Agenting is permitted with signed letter of permission.
- Mail-in art is permitted. All art must be received by July 17 and include return postage and mailing address.

Commissions, fees and sales
- The Confluence Art Show will collect a 15% commission on art sales.
- All “Not for sale” art will incur a $1 hanging fee. There is no hanging fee for art for sale.
- During the Art Show any art available for sale that has no bids may be purchased at the Quick Sale price.
- Art with two or more bids will go to auction on Sunday at 1pm.
- Art with only one bid at the end of the show (noon on Sunday) is sold to the one bidder.
- Unsold art will be returned to artist.
- Payment will be sent to the artist within two weeks after the conference. We offer the options of electronic and paper checks or PayPal. Please fill out the Artist Participant form below so we have your choice of payment on record. Payments will not be released to agents.
