The Confluence Art Show features artwork produced by professional as well as amateur artists. We welcome both walk-in and mail-in art in 2D or 3D format in all media with a science fiction, fantasy or horror theme.
We charge a small commission on sales. Art that is for display only is charged a nominal hanging fee.
Some pieces might be for display only, but most pieces are for sale by a silent auction/written bidding system, or via Quick Sale.

We invite attendees to wander in and check out the art, place a bid on something you like, attend the Art Auction on Sunday to defend your favorites, or take advantage of the art available for Quick Sale (rules). Art that has two or more bids will go to auction on Sunday at 1pm. The auction is open to anyone in attendance, so if you have a piece going to auction, it’s important that you or a representative attend.

We also hold art demos and workshops in this room.
Artists may submit their artwork via mail or bring it with them.
Please read the info for artists page (Rules & Guidelines) and use the online artist registration form.
Some of the artists who have previously displayed their artwork with us are: Alan F. Beck, Sarah Clemens, Susan Dexter, Bonnie Funk, Nancy Janda, Rhonda Libbey, Theresa Mather, David Lee Pancake & Alain Viesca.
How does bidding work?
Near the piece of artwork there will be a Bid Sheet showing the artist’s name, the title of the piece, the medium (for example: oil, watercolor, mixed media, etc.), a Minimum Bid, and a Quick Sale price. If there is no price in the Quick Sale spot, that means it is not available for instant purchase, but must be bid on. Under that are lines where people write in their name and bid.
If you want to be sure to get the piece, you may purchase it for the Quick Sale price (if offered). Otherwise, you write in your bid on the first available line. Other people can outbid you and anything with two or more bids will go to auction on Sunday. Keep checking on those pieces you are interested in, and be sure to be available for the auction on Sunday at 1pm.
At end of the Art Show, all art that has only one bid is automatically sold to that bidder.
All artwork is suitable for viewing by all ages except for a very small section that clearly labeled “adults only”.
Please fill in this Artist Participant Form if you would like to submit artwork for the Confluence Art Show:
